Albert is the best! I couldn’t figure out why my watch band’s screw pins kept coming loose, but he quickly figured it out after carefully examining the tiny parts and realizing the pins were actually made of two separate pieces that fit together. His attention to detail and expertise saved me a lot of frustration.
If you’re on the Upper East Side and need watch repairs or adjustments, Albert is absolutely the person to see. Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Thanks again, Albert!
I have a lot of antique jewelry (one from the 1800s) I took here to get resized, cleaned, fixed (everything) and he did an amazing job. Everything is wear-able now and looks incredible.
Albert was amazing!! He stayed past his opening hours just to help adjust my watch. He did an amazing job and my watch fits so great. He even changed out the battery!
I was lucky to discover L'MoshAliz Watch & Jewelry Repair on Second Avenue (just south of 84th Street). I had been searching for a place to fix an old family watch with no luck. And then I discovered this place, and they immediately agreed to fix the watch and did a great job. Easy to work with and very pleasant. Great job, no complaints. Very positive experience. Strong recommendation.
I broke two necklaces with teeny tiny chains. One in particular snapped in the middle of the chain - and this necklace has a lot of sentimental value. Albert fixed both necklaces and with the sentimental necklace, fixed the original chain with visually no bumps or imperfections. He was quick, efficient and kind. In a neighborhood that keeps getting overrun by huge chain stores, please support local and take your jewelry to Albert!
