I had an amazing experience getting my lash lift with Gona! From start to finish, she was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable. My lashes turned out absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be back.
The owner Taty was very helpful in scheduling appointments on a flexible basis and very communicative.
The aesthetician Liana was wonderful as well with the lip blush session (had the first session). She’s light with her hands, so the pain was minimal during the process. I’m super excited to see the results after the touch up! The picture attached is day 5 after the blush so my lips are no longer swollen, but the color seems that it will shed into a light pink shade as time passes (definitely will need the touch up as this is close to my natural shade at this time).
Overall, clean facility and friendly, professional service overall due to the owner’s care towards her business. 10/10 recommend.
My first time getting a lash lift and I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. My lash tech Tova was amazing and my lashes look full, dark and curled.
After a horrific lash lift experience at another salon (see photo 😩), my lashes were over-curled, over-processed, and honestly looked burnt and fried. I tried everything to fix them on my own — sauna, steam room, oils — and while it helped temporarily, nothing truly worked. After walking around looking a hot mess, I decided to search Instagram for someone who could actually fix botched lashes, and that’s when I found Lashes and the City.
From the moment I called, they were incredibly professional and accommodating. They quickly scheduled me for an appointment, and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who stayed in constant communication with me both before and after my treatment. She immediately put my nerves at ease, educated me on what had happened to my lashes, and gently worked to restore them back to normal.
Not only was she knowledgeable and kind, but she genuinely cared. She even provided me with a care package that included oils and small treats to help nourish and grow my lashes back. The level of professionalism, patience, and expertise was unmatched.
My lashes finally look normal again — won’t God do it! 🙌🏽 I’m so grateful I found this place, and I will absolutely be returning for future lash services. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands lash health and client care, I highly recommend Lashes and the City.
Ive gotten my lashes done here twice by Marie and have had great retention both times. My lashes last almost a whole month before they start to fall. Marie is amazing at picking the right lash length and shape for my eyes.
The service is always done around 90 minutes which is great! This is my favorite place to get my lashes done and I will definitely be back whenever I have a special event or trip coming up.
