I am going to be totally honest about this review. I am in Restaurant business about 33 years. in 2017 I bought my POS system from this company. after the sale, sales man was hired by heartland Credit card processing company. I later found out Heartland and Leebro were partners. They make very difficult to leave them. They promise the world to you while they sell you. They would never help once the sales completed. They promised me Gift Card module but charged me per year over $1100.00
If I had a problem with Gift card module they would still charge me for it. The program does not give you issues but Back office is not user friendly at all. from the first day they assigned a guy to help us a few day after one day he never came.
I cannot give enough praise and gratitude to the team at Leebro POS. We recently implemented HRPOS at a new restaurant with them and the experience was stellar! The software works great, our installer, Ben, was amazing, the sales team was extremely helpful and responsive, and the support has been top-notch. I cannot more highly recommend a POS solution and team to implement it. We are transitioning all of our restaurants to HRPOS with Leebro and using them at all future locations. Thank you!
Have been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years. I would highly recommend Leebro POS for a high volume restaurant or bar. I have used Aloha, Micros, Touch Bistro, Aldelo and more. Their ability to cater to my individual needs and restaurant operations has helped me save money and become more profitable. Their support team (which makes them stand out among the rest) is highly trained, very knowledgeable and professional. You will not regret it.
I have been using Leebro POS for the last 6 months. Overall the system is great, fast and easy to use. Like many other company Leebro POS had some issue but mostly because of miscommunication. I will recommend Leebro POS and I will definitely use them again in other locations.
This is the worst company to do business with. They are such a rip-off!!!! They nickel and dime you for everything. We bought the system about two years ago and had nothing but problems from day one. The training was horrible and if you need additional training they charge. I have to pay $250.00 per month for them to abuse us when we call with a problem and pray that they call back within a reasonable amount of time. We recently bought a biometric scanner. Their own tech had such problems installing it. To this day it hasn't work properly. Now this scanner is less the two months old Leebro is telling us if they send someone out to fix it there will be a charge. I hate this company!!! Once they sell you a POS system and get your money, you are on your own. My suggestion to anyone thinking of getting a POS system DO NOT GET A LEEBROS SYSTEM.
