How many nice things can I say about this company? I was first greeted by Heather who stayed late on a holiday weekend to talk me through a project and then cut samples and drove them to FEDEX to make sure I would get them in time for a client presentation. It was over the top client service. Then she stayed with me through a series of revisions I’m certain filled up more than one hand to make sure my order was perfect. Not to be outdone by her awesome attitude, I was then greeted by Wade, who took painstaking care to carry that order through to perfection in packing and delivery. With decades of experience in an area I am just becoming immersed in, he happily shared tricks of the trade and suggestions on how to truly execute some visions I had. He even sent a sketch yesterday, remembering that I would be installing this coming weekend. How awesome is that? Now… Can we talk about the quality of your fabric for a second? I am absolutely blown away at how gorgeous and lush this product is. Not only that, It was absolutely packed with care and I simply cannot say enough about this beautiful experience. BRAVO, LIBA! You are truly spreading sunshine in the marketplace! Thank you for doing everything right!
