We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Miguel and his team. They are patient, encouraging, and know exactly how to balance technique with fun. My son has grown so much in confidence since starting lessons—not only has his swimming improved tremendously, but he also genuinely looks forward to each class. Wonderful instructors. Had my baby in swim lessons with Miguel since she was 3 months old and couldn’t recommend it enough. We’ve had lessons with multiple instructors and they’ve all been gentle and lovely. Fun for baby and parents!
Oh my goodness, where do I even begin with Love Swimming with Miguel? Taking my nephew for swim lessons was something I was honestly dreading a little. He's a bit timid around water, and I just pictured a stressful, tear-filled experience. But let me tell you, it was anything but!
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so loving and welcoming. And then we met Miguel, our instructor – and he was an absolute dream. I cannot praise him enough! Miguel was incredibly kind and patient, immediately putting my nephew at ease with his gentle approach. He was so thoughtful in how he introduced each new skill, breaking things down into small, manageable steps and always celebrating every tiny victory.
What truly blew me away was how Miguel tackled my nephew's fear. He didn't push him, but rather encouraged him with such genuine warmth that my nephew actually wanted to try. By the end of the first lesson, my nephew was splashing and giggling, and by the end of the session, he was confidently gliding through the water! It was truly incredible to witness.
Miguel didn't just teach him to swim; he built his confidence and made what I thought would be a stressful ordeal into a genuinely joyful and easy experience. If you're looking for a swim school that truly cares about its students and has instructors like Miguel, run, don't walk, to Love Swimming! We are absolutely over the moon with the results
My 3 year old son had not been in the pool many times before our first lesson with Miguel. He was nervous to go in, but Miguel made him feel so comfortable! During lessons, Miguel is very interactive with my son and plays with him, talks to him, and makes him feel safe. My son usually cries when going in the pool, but no tears with Miguel! Miguel has many tricks up his sleeve to get kids feeling comfortable in the water.
Miguel is the funnest kindest and most patient swim teacher there could be! Plus fast, my son learned to swim surprisingly fast. My son adores swimming and learning with him. After seeing Miguel’s teaching style and the relationship he formed with my child, I couldn’t imagine a better, more positive experience. Thanks Miguel! You’re the best, worth your weight in gold :)
