As a physician myself, I know well that you often have to search to find the best. When looking for a psychiatrist for my brother, Dr Starovic came highly recommended. Indeed he is an extremely skilled psychiatrist, great listener and very honest with great reflections. I am so happy my brother will be in good hands.
I knew that I wanted to see a psychiatrist, not a therapist
I wanted to feel better as soon as possible, and I searched for a doctor who would listen to me and who knows about all of the interventions available, not just standard anti-depressants

Dr Star is knowledgeable, non-judgemental, and approachable, and he truly listened to me. In my country, we do not speak so open about these things and it was very hard for me to make this decision and to see Dr Starovic. The doctor had much patience, even when I cannot explain good the feelings I have. Now it is like someone turned on light in dark room. People say to me, "You are smiling again”. I write this to say my deepest gratitude. You are very good doctor. Not just because you have knowledge from books, but because you have good heart. You help a whole person, not just fix a problem.
I'd never seen a psychiatrist before and was nervous about doing so, but Dr. Starovic put me immediately at ease. He was exactly who I needed to see and talk to at this moment in my life. I'm thrilled to have made the decision to see him. He was incredibly thorough and compassionate during our intake session, and made me feel very heard and cared for. He sat with me for much longer than our scheduled session to make sure he had the time to listen to me and come up with the appropriate course of action. I'd readily recommend him to anyone looking.
Dr. Starovic has been a tremendous help to me and I really can't say enough good things about him. I've had several unexpected events in my life recently and was having a hard time dealing with them. I knew I needed some help. After doing extensive online research, I came across Dr. Starovic. I liked what I read about him, and I especially liked that he offered a free 15-minute consultation. I knew after our consultation that he was the person I wanted to work with. Our subsequent 90-minute intake meeting was helpful and reassuring. We took a deep dive into what I was going through. During the session, Dr. Starovic really listened to what I had to say and we had meaningful discussions about my problems and a course of treatment. I started to feel better after about two weeks, and significantly better after four. We had a follow-up meeting after four weeks and made slight adjustments to my medications. It's been a few months now, and I continue to feel much better. If anything changes, I will definitely call Dr. Starovic again, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking help with their mental health.
