Awesome people here. They went above and beyond to help me fix a vintage quartz Tag Heuer chronograph. They found several parts that are no longer available and fixed a botched repair that a previous owner tried to do. Sent it back to me with new parts perfectly fitted and installed and successfully restored the water resistance. Great customer service throughout, was really easy to contact them for updates. Will definitely go with them again when I need service or repairs. Highly recommend them! Thanks again!
I discovered Manhattan Watch Service on a recent trip to NYC. I owned an Ebel watch that had needed parts that were no longer available for it. The band was broken and therefore the watch was unwearable. They were willing to help me and Tom repaired and sautered both ends of the band on to the watchpiece so that I could wear the watch again. He also changed the battery. They were very reasonable too. Tom was kind enough to turn the repair around in one day. He had been traveling and worked on it in the evening. His lovely wife works at the front reception and is delightful as well. They are a hard working couple and they deliver what they promise and go above and beyond in their service!
My father's early 60's vintage Seamaster Deville had not been running for years when I took it to Manhattan Watch Service for an overhaul. I'd spent two years looking for watch repair places in NYC bc I was so afraid of getting ripped off and went in with much trepidation.

Rare Skill, Knowledge, and Reliability in Fine Watchmaking Service
Manhattan Time Service has cared for two of my watches now, and both experiences have been outstanding.
Several years ago, they restored my 1973 Seiko automatic day/date — a watch I had worn hard in my youth. It came back looking nearly new and has kept excellent time ever since.
This summer, I entrusted them with my 1995 Ulysse Nardin Michelangelo (day/date/month/moon phase, certified chronometer). Until now it had only been factory-serviced, so I was cautious. After meeting Tom, seeing his workshop, and discussing the process, I felt completely confident.
The watch received a meticulous overhaul: disassembly, cleaning, polishing, synthetic oiling, new springs, and multi-day time calibration. When shipped back to me, it was packed with extraordinary care.
The result is flawless. Manhattan Time Service combines rare skill, deep knowledge, and absolute integrity — qualities nearly impossible to find today. And their pricing is fair. I couldn’t be more pleased, and recommend them without reservation.
