Mary Esther was our doula, and we also took her childbirth education class. Words cannot express the gratitude we feel for this woman! She has endless knowledge about pregnancy, birth, and parenting that have truly changed the way we approached birth and raising children. She is so generous with her time and heart and really gets to know her clients. I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to Mary Esther so I also did her mom’s group. She facilitated such an open and supportive atmosphere that led to new friendships among all of us new mothers at a time when many of us felt isolated. I can’t recommend Mary Esther enough!
Mary Esther and Teba's New moms group is such an extremely nourishing and supportive community for me as I am going through an intense transition as a new mom. I think it's very important that every mom gets this kind of support and has such a safe space to process their birth experience and a new chapter of their life as a new parent. I have gained more empowerment, connection, understanding, peace, and resources for my baby and myself, and even made new friends.
Mary Esther is a legend and has helped thousands of families find confidence and community through birth and parenting! I took her comprehensive class way back in 2008 during my first pregnancy and it was invaluable. Now as a midwife in 2022, my clients rave about all her offerings. Highly recommend!!!
I will be forever grateful that I found Mary Esther - working with her has improved my quality of life and my parenting immeasurably, especially in that first 5 year after my daughter was born. I made beautiful connections to other parents in her class that I still have and rely on today, and use the wisdom that she imparted all the time. She is one of a kind and a treasure.
Mary Esther's baby and toddlers+ moms discussion groups have been life-sculpting for me. I've been part of these groups for 4 years - since my child was 6 months - and the support and guidance Mary Esther's groups have offered me have altered the way that I parent, the way I relate to my partner, and the way I approach my own inner life. I hope we never "age out" of her groups!
