Mickey and his team are pros. I hired him to refinish the parquet floors in my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I had a few questions and they were responsive. Communication was excellent. They had to be extra patient with me because my co-op has restricted elevator access and an approval process. I'm glad it worked out and got a beautiful floor thanks to their work. Highly recommended!
Mickey was professional from start to finish. He arrived on time and did a great job. He recommended an appropriate finish and suggested ways to keep out the draft as I asked him to remove a rubber stripping at the bottom of my front door which caused scraping marks on the original floor. So happy those scrapes are gone. The floor looks great.
I recently hired Micolosi Brothers to refinish the floors in my home. They sanded and applied two coats of water-based polyurethane across my dining room, living room, hallway, and three bedrooms.

The best in the business! The Micolosi Brothers did an absolutely beautiful job on my new home’s hardwood floors. The floors were quite old and Micky brought them back to life. My dining room, living room, four bedrooms, and stairs were completed in a fews for a great price! We are very pleased with the final results and would recommend the Micolosi Brothers to anyone.
My house is 97 years old. The dining room floor hadn’t been touched in over 60 years. My kitchen & pantry floors had been done three times in the 46 years that I’m here. Both red oak floors now look impeccably beautiful, commented on by everyone who visits. In fact, my kitchen floor has never looked this good. Kudos to Mickey and his team!
