When I think about where to send people in the garment district for sewing machine sales, sewing machine repairs, sewing machine tools, parts, gadgets, zippers, thread, fabric, and so much more my immediate thought is Ryan and his lovely family at Miju Sewing. I’ve been going to buy my things from Ryan for just about 6 years now. He has known me from someone who was new into the industry to someone who has been working in and out of the garment district for a while now. He has searched high and low for some of the most impactful machines I have in my production facility. He, his family, and his mechanic are so knowledgeable. He has always been there when I needed a favor, when I had a question, when I was searching for something I would never know how to find. He’s opened his door to me to host meetings with new clients, has let me sit with the mechanic to see how my machine is being assembled or repaired, and has even stayed late on days I am running around the district and can’t make it on time to see him. He does all of this with a huge heart and customer service at his core. He and his family always welcome me with a smile. I couldn’t think of a better place to buy your things in the garment district than Ryan and his family at Miju Sewing. A true gem and a true staple to the NYC garment District. Please stop in and see what he has to offer in his space. Having people like Ryan and his family in the garment district makes it feel even more like home. Thank you Ryan!
The best place for sewing supplies regarding anything JUKI related, highly recommend
We had an older sewing machine motor switched out for a silent one on a singer industrial in our workshop. Ryan came to us, was super professional, flexible, and knowledgable. Couldn't recommend more!
Bought my industrial Juki machine here NEW! Their price was half what I found this machine for everywhere else. They gave me great advice on my purchase. They are always helpful when I go in to pick up accessories and things I may need. They are also very knowledgeable about things I am still learning about. They take time to explain how things work and have said if I have any questions or concerns I can always call. Prices are reasonable and I do appreciate the personal and personable service from me buying something as small as a needle to the purchase of a huge piece of work equipment. I'm glad they were able to survive as a small family store and make it thur covid. Patronize them if you can. We need these type of family businesses to exist.
