Great service & stellar product. The sign was even more impressive in person than I expected. I created a design via the site on my own, but was on the fence about buying it. It’s not cheap so was nervous to buy without knowing it would be worth the money. Then, Christina from Neon Popsicle reached out to see if I needed help and suggested I match the font of my bf’s brand. That sealed the deal! She was so nice, responsive and helpful. Absolutely the best gift I’ve given someone who has everything. Highly recommend Neon Popsicle!
Ordered a sign from Neon Popsicle after speaking to a helpful representative on the phone. The sign arrived on time but had some scratches everywhere. I let them know and they offered a partial refund or to completely redo the sign without any extra charges. Things do happen, thanks for the good customer service when something did happen.
We love our Neon Popsicle sign! As a brick & mortar business, we drug our feet for too long, ordering an "OPEN" sign - we wanted a traditional neon sign that was consistent with our branding. We got exactly that with Neon Popsicle. It was packaged with care and arrived safely. We've had it for 6 months now and it still works beautifully!
Neon Popsicle is great to work with! In Aug of last year we had them make a sign for our in-home Irish Pub, called Katies. They were extremely helpful from initial design proofing, color choices and eventually safely shipping our sign. We love it, as do all the neighbors that frequent our Pub. Katies would not be complete without our custom neon- from Neon Popsicle! We hope to create more neon for our Pub in the future, and wouldn't hesitate to use Neon Popsicle again. :)
From start to finish my experience with Neon Popsicle was seamless and enjoyable. Christina and her designers helped me choose the perfect font for my custom sign and encouraged me to go with a different pink than I had originally chosen which was by far the better choice for my girly apartment. I am in love with my sign and would highly recommend Neon Popsicle for any neon job, big or small!
