They set a new low for customer service.
Upon giving them my phone number to search for my shirt, they searched the aisles back and forth at least five times. Then they proceeded to pull out a random white shirt and assume it was mine. I had to search for the shirt myself in the back and point out which one was mine.
After not meeting a 72 hour turnaround deadline that they set themselves, a man proceeded to argue with me about what the stain actually was. I know candle wax was spilled on the shirt but they cleaned as if it were another oil. There was clearly no communication between the front desk and the cleaners.
For them to assume zero responsibility and still charge me, despite the fact that they used an incorrect method to clean the stain, is unacceptable. It is embarrassing that they still operate this way.
Another time, a lady refused to alter my pants and told me "it's ok, just leave them long like that".
Thank goodness there is another cleaners and tailor right across the street.
Incredible service! They managed to deliver all of my dry cleaning and laundry right before the storm hit, exactly on time. I really appreciate their reliability and great customer service
Great neighborhood spot! I use them for both wash & fold and tailoring, and they always do a solid job. Clothes come back clean, fresh, and neatly folded, and the turnaround is quick. I’ve also had pants hemmed here and the fit was perfect. Friendly staff, fair prices, and dependable service. Definitely my go-to local place, will try their dry cleaning service later for my sweaters and winter coats.
I brought in a white linen blazer with a nasty red wine stain, and I honestly thought it was ruined. The team at New Spring cleaners was professional and upfront about the risks. Not only did they get the stain out completely, but the jacket looks brand new. Ready a day early, too!
I’ve been using their wash & fold and alterations service and couldn’t be happier. Laundry always comes back fresh, neatly folded, and ready to put away. Alterations are done with great attention to detail—everything fits perfectly. Staff are friendly, prices are fair, and turnaround is fast.
