Is a great spot, as a woman, who knows little about cars, I always appreciate where they are honest and trustworthy. Definitely recommend their work, Javier and all the workers there are excellent 👏🏼 👏🏼
I had a very bad experience with this shop.
I came in because of an EPC light on my car. The mechanic scanned it and told me the issue was the auxiliary pump and that I needed to buy a new one from the dealer. I spent time and money getting the part, and he installed it in about 10 minutes and charged me $110 for labor.
After all that, the EPC light was still there and nothing was fixed. When I asked him about it, he changed the story and said the problem is “electrical” without any proper diagnosis or explanation. He also claimed I only came to remove the check engine light, which is not true—the issue is still there.
No clear troubleshooting, no accountability, and poor communication. I basically paid for a guess that didn’t solve anything.
Would not recommend.
I’ve been going to this mechanic shop for over 15 years, and Reyhan and Tony have always been incredibly helpful and trustworthy. They’re humble, honest, and never try to upsell or recommend unnecessary repairs. I’ve always felt confident that I’m being treated fairly.
