What a great company, therapist are exceptional. I am glad I got to know them.
While Anjna A. is genuinely empathetic and draws well on her exceptional training and education, I have interacted with many therapists over the years and I will say that Anjna has the unique ability to be quite direct when needed. For men especially, this is essential in helping clients to get past some of the things blocking their growth. So while she naturally validating and offers good perspective, the thing I have most appreciated in our sessions is her ability and willingness to push back on my default behaviours and attitudes.
Had the opportunity to attended a workshop here focusing on values-led communication. Came away with tools I have since applied in my professional and personal life. Super helpful
