Bee is an amazing groomer - highly recommend! She is extremely professional and friendly and put my slightly nervous pup at ease before his groom. She did a perfect job grooming him - he looks amazing and Bee even sent me home with an adorable sticker of him! We can’t wait to see Bee again!
I’ve been going to NY Dog Spa for the past 5 years, and I truly can’t recommend them enough.
The manager, Audrey, is incredible. After my dog went through major spinal surgery in 2023, I stopped by just to pick up a treat—and she surprised us with a big Lamb Chop stuffed toy to cheer him up. It was such a thoughtful, unforgettable gesture, and honestly, he looked just like it 🥹
For grooming, I only trust Bee. My dog is a senior with a history of spinal injury, arthritis, and now dementia, so finding someone who truly understands how to care for him hasn’t been easy. Bee has been absolutely amazing—patient, gentle, and so attentive to his needs. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
If you have a senior dog or just want a place that genuinely cares, this is it.
This is Oliver- doesn’t he look cute? He comes all the way from New Jersey to see Alex, who always does an amazing job. Alex and the team make Oliver feel really welcome and special. We can’t recommend Alex (and New York Dog Spa) enough!
The New York Dog Spa & Hotel is one of the first prestigious dog boarding facilities that treat pets at a higher level than the average kennel. They also offer grooming, training & some essential pet accessories besides boarding. We know our client's dogs love going to this facility as they are practically running to the door each time.
New York Dog Spa - 25th Street is the most incredible place for my (dog) baby, Molly. It all starts with Audrey, the amazing manager, who is not only kind and loving to Molly but goes above and beyond to be sure that the Dog Spa is SO much more than "a place to leave my dog" - it is Molly's home away from home! Audrey and all of the staff and handlers are kind, knowledgeable, careful, fun and engaged, and the dogs they have Molly paired with are the perfect dogs to ensure that she has the best time and is safe. And they are always doing special activities with and giving so much TLC to the dogs! Because of this, I feel beyond comfortable having Molly there for doggy day care, as well as for boarding and grooming - it is the only place that I will take Molly for all of these services. And the best indication of what a fabulous place it is is how Molly runs to get there and, at times, wants to stay when I go to pick her up! Molly's excitement at seeing Audrey and the other staff when we come in the door warms my heart. I am so grateful for our New York Dog Spa family!!!
