I had a great experience at the New York Hearing Center. Dr. Tiffany Hong was very professional, thorough, and made the entire hearing test process easy to follow. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing hearing care!

Dr. Kathy Feng, a New York State licensed Doctor of Audiology for over 12 years, was highly recommended by a Columbia Medical Center Audiologist to have my hearing aid device made. Well-explained orientation, very precise and patient on how to operate and maintain a hearing aid device. As well as amazing, well-ethical staff, I have seen at a health care clinic. I am impressed with the final product as well, high-end quality and packaging.
Dr. Feng is awesome! Super friendly and easy to talk to. She helped me get custom earplugs because I live in a pretty noisy part of the city, and regular foam ones just weren’t cutting it. These custom ones are super comfortable, stay in all night, and block out way more noise. I’ve been sleeping so much better and it’s made a big difference in my mood and focus during the day.
Visiting the New York Hearing Center was a wonderful experience. I give the front desk staff 10 points. She was courteous and treated us with respect. She is knowledgeable and anticipated our needs before we asked. She worked hard to deliver the hearing aid on time.
Dr Kathy Feng is outstanding other than being a knowledgeable physician. She is smart with good personality. She was very kind to us. Thumbs up 👍 to you doc. You are one in a million ❤️. The office is clean, quiet and welcoming.
