The entire Night Kitchen team, and especially Chef Aaron, were absolutely incredible at my our wedding in Fall 2024 at The Brooklyn Grange. Everything about working with Night Kitchen was truly a wonderful experience— from our initial contact, the tasting experience in their Brooklyn kitchen (they provided SO many options for us to try and really listened to our hopes and dreams for the menu), all of the follow up and preparation leading up to the day, and eventually the wedding itself. We still have people mention the food from our wedding to us, even nearly two years later!
We had an overwhelming number of our 110ish guests come up and rave about the food (primarily vegetarian options, with one chicken dish) and the Night Kitchen staff who went above and beyond throughout the night. Summer, in particular, was so kind and attentive to me and my wife throughout the night— ensuring we always had what we needed or wanted!
We ate family style and the team was incredibly careful and conscious of a variety of allergies and dietary needs— ensuring there was plenty of food for everyone and everyone had the correct alternatives as needed. They even made us a tofu version of the chicken dish knowing we’re vegetarian that was absolutely incredible.
At the end of the night they packaged up a large bag of leftovers (including dessert bites which were absolutely thrilling to find the next day!!) with everything from the meal for us to take home. It made the first few days being married so much easier and made us so thankful to have selected Night Kitchen to cater our wedding. We highly recommend Night Kitchen and Chef Aaron for catering events— especially if you are looking for dependable, honest, supportive, and creative vendors and absolutely delicious food.

Chef Aaron and the Night Kitchen team are incredible. We had a fully vegan wedding and really wanted to show our guests that plant-based food was as exciting, flavourful and filling as any omnivore menu. The NK team definitely delivered. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved the food 4 months later! The menu NK sent us was by far the most interesting and creative of all the caterers we considered. The tasting we had at their kitchen was one of our favourite experiences of the whole wedding process! Chef Aaron really honoured my husband's and my background by bringing in recipes from the regions our families are from. The food was one of the most important parts of the wedding for us, and I can't imagine the day with any other caterer. Ange was a dream to work with and saved us from many disasters! They're the best.
Night Kitchen recently catered a party for 50 people in our home. All hors d’oeuvres and small plates. The guests were all foodies — people from France, people in the industry, serious home cooks. The food was outstanding. Watching Chef Aaron do his magic was particularly incredible. Three weeks later, people are still raving about the food (and the service) and recalling all of the details. Every step of the way, from planning the menu to communicating the budget and supporting us with rentals or items we chose to buy for the event, Night Kitchen staff were responsive, helpful, polite, and mindful of our budget. Guests commented on how gracious and kind the staff was at the event. And they cleaned up the space impeccably before leaving. We recommend Night Kitchen 100%.
From start to finish, the food was extraordinary—delicious, flavorful, hot, and beautifully executed. The passed hors d’oeuvres and the family-style meal were a huge hit, and we heard again and again from guests that it was the best food they’ve ever had at any event. Two dishes in particular got constant shout-outs: the lamb cumin skewers and the Japanese sweet potato—both slayed.
Just as important: the staff was phenomenal. Everyone was warm, friendly, gracious, and deeply professional. They brought such calm, care, and generosity to the whole experience, and made our guests feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of.

Chef Aaron and the Night Kitchen team were an absolute dream to work with. We had a fully plant-based wedding, and they went above and beyond to create a delicious, beautifully designed menu that exceeded our expectations. It was important to us to impress our guests and show them how stunning and flavorful vegan food can be and Night Kitchen delivered.
The menu was incredibly creative and thoughtful, and every dish felt intentional. From the seamless communication with the team to the wonderful tasting experiences, every step of the process was a pleasure. Our guests were blown away by the food—months later, we’re still hearing how much they loved it.
