I want to share my experience and concerns regarding this company. From what I understand, it appears connected to the former Monroe Staffing organization, which faced serious financial issues and reportedly left employees and contractors unpaid.
There were situations where recruiters felt mistreated, contracts were reassigned, and people were terminated under questionable circumstances. Many workers were left frustrated and financially impacted.
Now seeing a new agency formed under a different name raises serious red flags for me. Transparency and accountability matter, especially in the staffing industry where employees depend on timely pay and fair treatment.
I strongly encourage anyone considering working with this company to do thorough research and ask detailed questions before engaging.
