I simply had a hearing test. Results showed no need for a hearing aid. Honest enjoyable experience. Block from Court street with lots of shops and food choices.
The hearing care team at NY Audio Associates- Brooklyn Heights is so far the best I have visited. Very professional and calming environment.Dr. Sal Saleh is so patient, friendly and treats his customers respectfully.
Checked my hearing. Everything was great. The doctor was very pleasant and professional explaining everything in great detail. Service was fast. Place was clean. I would turn off the tv though 😜
I would recommend this place.
I had a very good experience at this audiology office. They were incredibly accommodating when I had to change my appointment time twice, which I truly appreciated.
The audiologist took the time to answer my questions and explained everything in a very clear and informative way. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients and wants them to understand their hearing health.
Scheduling was also very easy, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. Overall, a very professional, knowledgeable, and patient-centered practice. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and thorough audiologist.
This review is on behalf of my parents. My mother went to this audiology office to have her ears checked and was referred to this office for hearing aids. She was fitted with a new pair of hearing aids, but they were not suitable for her. We also felt there was a lack of compassion regarding her sudden hearing loss. One of her hearing aids wasn’t fitted properly and fell out and got lost. During her appointment, she felt pressured and uncertain about whether to order a replacement. She initially agreed but we called the next day to hold off because she needed time to consider the cost. The office told her it had already been ordered but that they would “see” if a return was possible.
In the following weeks, I called multiple times to follow up on the status of the replacement. Each time I was told someone would call me back, but I never received a single return call.
Overall, my parents were not satisfied with the care or communication they received.
