We used this limo group through Collette tours. They were very nice and professional. Cars were very clean and most important , they always sent texts and communicated with you at various stages of the trip. Sent reminders which were helpful . Would definitely use them again !
I never used this company before and I needed a pick up and drop off to JFK going and returning back! There were a few passengers and almost 10 pieces of luggage! Both drivers (different one for each trip) for each ride were prompt, courteous, professional and very patient especially when we were returning and arriving later than our scheduled pick up time due to flight delays. Even when I had my doubts, this service never wavered and were extremely reliable! I was nervous but they did the right thing! I needed a 2:45 AM pickup and they were there at 2:40 AM… !!! I will absolutely use their services again. I tipped both drivers as it is a courtesy and they put all our luggage in and out of the vehicle and made sure we were where we needed to be. They both drove very carefully and made me feel comfortable. Also being we needed a large truck, I was very pleased with the price as well…!!!! Thanks again!
