Ray and his team were able to seal up all entry points, assist in cleaning out a back “no man’s land” area, and re-tiling an unfinished part of the basement.
Ray was so thorough. He helped with so many aspects of this renovation and clean out. We have never experienced someone as committed, communicative and consistent.
Almost a year out and our basement is completely changed. It feels like an extension of the apartment -not a dreaded dead zone.

A pleasant dry house starts from the bottom up. Like so many New Yorkers, our house had flooding issues and a basement from the 1900’s, just waiting for the next storm for water to flow in through cracks in the foundation and then waterfall through the access points that were at street level. We didn’t want to go through that ordeal twice, so we called HRC Waterproofing and they did a perfect job sealing the outside world out. Even painted the unfinished floor and left me a nice mancave. Xavier and Luis were so efficient, but also accommodating and respectful, even with the two kids running around. 5 STARS! Thanks so much!
We LOVE our new kitchen remodel! Raymond and his crew worked fast, efficient and did a great job from ceiling to floors, all tiling and painting. Highly recommend them for all demolition and construction and finishing. Bravo!
