The report was sent promptly and John, the owner, patiently explained the results. We are very happy with this company for helping us to comply with HPD regulations. Their fee was fair.

It was great! Got a text when he was on his way. Arrive a couple minutes early. Sent a text he was at the house. Very polite and respectful of the property. Don't know much about inspections but seems like he did a very thorough and complete job. Would definitely recommend this company for lead inspections.
The office staff is excellent. They are attentive and helpful. The inspectors who showed up to my Rent Stabilized buildings were professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The owner John explained the entire process each step of the way. Scheduling was easy and the price is much better than other companies. Communication was easy even when I was not on site for some inspections. I have already referred my neighbors, friends and business associates. I highly recommend them for your lead paint inspection needs. Definitely a 5 Star company!
