A very supportive and friendly environment to be in. All the staff are always attentive and helpful with any questions or concerns. Overall, a great occupational therapy location. It has really helped me feel so much better than I did before.
I had a great experience at this OT office. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and truly dedicated to helping their patients improve. What stood out to me most is how hands-on they are during every session—they don’t just have you go through exercises and leave you on your own. They actively guide you, monitor your progress, and make sure you’re improving each step of the way.
I’ve been to many OT offices, and this one truly stands out from the rest. I actually felt better after just two sessions here, compared to a full month at my previous OT office where I didn’t see much improvement—that’s why I decided to switch, and I’m really glad I found this place.
They take the time to understand your needs and push you to get better, even when it’s challenging. You can tell they genuinely care about each patient’s recovery and won’t give up until they see real progress. As a bonus, their small service dog in training was also a big emotional support during my visits.
If you’re looking to improve and want real results, I highly recommend coming here.
My father Gustavo came here for occupational therapy after having a cyst removed from his wrist. I can’t speak highly of the service that my father received while there. From the receptionists to the doctor who was with him all throughout, they all provided a service like no other and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for occupational therapy. From being there throughout all the exercises and helping in the recovering process, thank you all for helping my father out and God bless you all!
Sharmin is the kindest and most effective occupational therapist I've had across 13 years of occupational therapy. She never lost faith in me and helped me move my fingers and grip after years of paralysis, which other therapists could not accomplish. I highly recommend her.
After suffering a concussion that severely affected my balance and triggered constant vertigo, I honestly didn’t know how I was ever going to feel normal again. The days following my injury were filled with dizziness, disorientation, and frustration — things I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Walking straight, focusing, even simple movements became a challenge. But everything began to change once I started my sessions with Jocelyn, Emely, and Sharmin.
From the very first day, they welcomed me with so much warmth and kindness that I immediately felt safe. They didn’t just treat me like a patient — they treated me like a person who was struggling and needed compassion as much as care. Each of them brought such genuine empathy and patience to every session. They took the time to really understand my symptoms, answer all of my questions (and I had a lot!), and explain every step of the recovery process in a way that made me feel hopeful and empowered.
Their combination of expertise and encouragement was exactly what I needed. Jocelyn guided me through exercises that gently challenged my limits but never pushed me too far. Emely always noticed the small improvements I didn’t even realize I was making and celebrated them with me, which made me feel so proud of the progress I was achieving. And Sharmin’s calm energy and thoughtful reassurance gave me confidence even on the hardest days when I felt like giving up.
Together, they created an environment that was not only healing but uplifting. Every visit felt like a step closer to reclaiming my life — and I mean that literally. Thanks to their dedication, I was able to regain my balance, reduce my dizziness, and rebuild my confidence in my body’s ability to move and function again.
And I cannot forget to mention Sharpie, the sweetest emotional support dog, who greeted me at every session with so much love. Sharpie’s comforting presence made such a difference — those quiet moments of affection and calm helped ease my anxiety and made therapy feel even more like a safe, healing space.
I am eternally grateful for the care, patience, and compassion that Jocelyn, Emely, and Sharmin showed me. They helped me stand again — not just physically, but emotionally too. This team truly goes above and beyond, and their kindness has left such a lasting mark on my recovery journey.
If anyone out there is struggling after a concussion or dealing with vertigo, please know that there is hope — and it can start with a team like this one. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for getting me back on my feet (and for the cuddles, Sharpie 🐾💛).
