I recently started going to this location for my banking purposes and I'm very pleased with my experience. I usually receive help from Gabriel Reyes. He's excellent! Gabriel always make sure that my inquires are handled within a timely manner, whenever I come in for help. The customer service is great all around.
Beware! Did not honor promotion. They instead cancelled my new customer application completed on OceanFirst Bank promotion page. They updated the website hours later removing the promotion so they wouldn’t need to honor the promotion they forgot to remove.
5 stars will never be equivalent enough for the 10 star service we have received from Maribel since opening our account with her many years ago. We were concerned when Country Bank was aquired by Oceans First but Maribel assured us the service would be even greater. She was absolutely correct and we are thrilled to provide recommendations to Maribel for family and friends looking to find real service that today is almost non existent. Maribel is instrumental in helping us grow and we look forward to many more years of working with her.
If anyone is considering banking with OceanFirst, especially if you value incredible customer service, don’t think twice, JUST DO IT.
