Walked by and had to stop in for the cats. They had a unique selection of toys and so far we're three for three on ones they actually love. Great prices and very friendly staff!
The team at this store is amazing and always a delight! They are super attentive and knowledgeable. They make great suggestions and always answer my various questions. Very clean store and well lit so I can find things easily and discover newness for my cat. They carry a great variety (healthy options) and always have inventory of my go-to's, which is nice. I'm so glad Andrea suggested I join the free membership, I love the savings! :)
I get Smalls for my 12 year old cats weekly, and Ignacio has become a welcome face every time I come to the store. I got stuck at a work event and called as I wouldn’t make it in time for closing, and Andrea and Ignacio stayed open a few minutes late for me to grab some of the cat food with smiles on their faces. Incredible customer service, top shelf knowledge on products, and genuinely kind human beings. They have earned a loyal customer out of me!
