Company not bad but recruiter Yolanda is terrible and a liar everything that’s said about her is True on these reviews .. Thank God for Diane senior recruiter very respectful and had to help me clean up a lot of Yolanda mistakes.. she even lies about pay rates tell you one thing and do the complete opposite she also do things like stain your name with the same assignment she’s giving you if your going through something let her be that last person you tell even if she asked you she tried to get me fired with the company after she inquired information on the assignment she gave me unprofessional is a understatement fr I don’t even understand how’s she still employed with prime staffing she’s going to get them an a lawsuit before 2026 is over Like I said not a bad Agency but Yolanda terrible staff she’s the reason I Gave 2 stars and Yes my experience with her was that Bad take my word for it and pls read these reviews before just dealing with recruiters ‼️⚡️
Recruiter called me this am at 730am. I let her know I am on night schedule moving forward. She said she woukd send me a text with info. I said no lets go ahead and see if we are a fit and what you have to offer. She hung up the phone.
Not professional and trust is needed as a traveler and Recruiter. I do not intend to use this travel agency. I did let corporate know. They said the call was probably dropped.
Excuses instead of listening or trying to mitigate. If call dropped, a follow up call or text is sent. Be professional and take accountability.
These companies make a fortune off of our backs. We deserve respect and professional as we give them. We are on the Frontline while they are in an office not being exposed to any deadly thing coming their way.
I definitely do not want to be hung up on.
This used to be a good agency back in the 2000s/ 2010s but, because of its current leadership now headed by Ray Morales, who is unable to communicate in an organized way with his very competent nursing staff it has descended into a sloppy, unreliable and slipshod enterprise which holds grudges against nursing staff who dare to make suggestions. Mr Morales does not care how long you have to wait for a response, does not return calls making you call him repeatedly and it all depends on what mood he is in if you get a response at all.
He also has no respect for experienced workers - his agency staff although good intentioned are therefore equally unreliable, and are told to ignore nurses he has a grudge against.
Many other nursing agencies are out there , both reliable and respectful.
I have been working with Prime Staffing for over 5 years and they have been the the best agency thus far in all my years of being a nurse. Ray and Diane will always get you work at the best hospitals, Clinics and schools and they treat their nurses with care, dignity and respect. Thank you prime staffing! Looking forward to my next assignment.
First time traveling with prime staffing and THEY ARE AMAZING!!! Ray the VP recruitment and Senior recruiter Diane L really worked hard to accommodate me and help me find an assignment that is a perfect fit for the me. They are the BEST! If you have any concerns talk to Ray and she will go above and beyond to help!! Diane L is the best recruiter I’ve ever had. She is so sweet, patient and willing to help in any way that she can. I am grateful to be a traveler with Prime Staffing because of these two gems!!!
