Yllan is an amazing chef. He transformed our patio into the best restaurant ever! He is very detailed, cares about exactly what you want, and overdelivers!! The food was beyond our expectations and we were just so grateful! Steak prepared perfectly appetizers and dessert were all just so delicious our guests were so impressed. We would definitely have Yllan back again! He is extremely professional and we appreciated his presence and his food!

Chef Yllan prepared an amazing meal for my father’s 70th birthday! Everything was outstanding!!! He made the evening so memorable. I can’t wait to plan another party with him!!! I highly recommend Chef Yllan to everyone now!!!
Chef Yllan worked with me to design a menu that suited everyone in attendance….those with gluten and nut allergies, our vegetarian friends…and it was all so delicious!
The chef was very personable and we enjoyed having him in our home!
Private chef Yllan did a fantastic job with our Christmas Eve dinner out in the Hamptons. The food was unbelievably good, he has such tremendous talent, a brilliant chef and the most professional, polite and charming personality. Last year, we hosted Thanksgiving and with very little time to prepare, we chose to have Chef Yllan plan and cook for our dinner in Short Hills (which included both adults and kids). Yllan prepared the menu (with our collaboration) that had all the classic dishes which included a perfectly cooked turkey, insane mashed potatoes, short ribs, stuffing and a variety of decadent desserts. Yllan was an absolute pro and was a pleasure to work with. His ridiculous culinary skills were on full display and it was clear he has been classically trained; he also gave me some great tips along the way. We were bummed he wasn't available for us this year, but will definitely be using again. If you are looking for someone to host any type of private event (big or small), with any type of vibe Yllan is your guy! He has done parties for friends of ours in NYC and in NJ and does not disappoint!
