He is so thorough with his work & made everything so easy to understand. From picking up our phone calls and answering all our questions up until our closing day. Raushan, our loan processor was nothing but our angel through emails & phone calls. She was on top of all our documents needed for closing. Speaking with Raushan felt like we’ve known her for years, just through the first phone call conversation. As first time home buyers, we had so much worry/stress.
