I’d say im a pretty particular person and tend to pay attention to how things are actually built, not just how they look at the end. I recently went through a full gut renovation of my apartment in Chelsea and was really impressed with the level of detail and organization throughout the project.
From the framing and roughing to the details plasterwork around our moldings, everything looked very well thought out. You could tell there was real care put into the work and their process.
Waylon was great to work with and always willing to walk through the pros and cons of things with me, which I always appreciate. The team was also surprisingly responsive after hours and on the weekends.. Chris was especially nice and easy to deal with when trying to figure out some creative ideas for my daughters room.
Overall, the apartment turned out fantastic. I was very impressed with both the craftsmanship and the professionalism throughout the project and would recommend this group to anyone looking for a high level remodel!
Great experience overall. The project included refinishing the hardwood floors, building custom closet shelving, repairing some damaged plaster walls, installing new baseboards, and upgrading a few electrical outlets and switches. Everything was handled professionally and the work came out clean and well done.
