My son has been taking guitar lessons with Sasha at the studios and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Sasha is an excellent teacher who we can fully credit for the great progress my son has made. He is professional, patient and caring- he truly wants my son to progress and succeed. The studios have always accommodated our requests and prove top notch service. Highly recommended!

I started learning piano for the first time in January last year, and my instructor, Braam has been incredible in helping me build a strong musical foundation and deeper understanding of performance. Of course, personal practice is essential, but Braam really knows how to bring out your full potential. I went from knowing almost nothing about piano to being able to play some of Chopin’s easier pieces.

Tony has been an excellent piano and drums teacher for our 4 yo son. He is patient, engaging, and has a great way of connecting with young children. Each lesson is well-structured while still being fun, which keeps him motivated and excited to learn.
We’ve seen steady progress in both piano and drums, along with improved rhythm, focus, and confidence.
Tony is thoughtful, encouraging, and genuinely invested in his students’ growth. He always looks forward to his lessons, and we’re so glad we found Tony. Highly recommend him to any family looking for a dedicated and talented music teacher.

Been taking lessons here for the past ~10 months or so with Tony, he's been spectacular! As an adult student, he's great at adapting lesson plans to what I'm interested in learning. The studio as a whole is very well organized & great with communication regarding changing lesson times etc. Highly recommend Riverside to anyone wanting to learn music

RMS is a fantastic place for adults and kids to learn music. I’m so glad that I found RMS and my amazing piano teacher, Sergey, who’s helped me rediscover the joy in music in so many ways. I never thought I’d want to play in a piano recital until Sergey convinced me to. Although I was a bit upset for having made a bunch of mistakes at the recital, everyone was super nice and supportive. They even had an after-party with wine and cheese for adult students to socialize. Instead of throwing in the towel, somehow I find myself wanting to improve and play more recitals. Sergey also has superb taste recommending lesser-known but incredibly beautiful pieces, such as Brahms Intermezzi Op. 117 and Schubert Piano Sonata No. 13. My favorite part of the last two years taking lessons with Sergey was playing the Bach D-minor Keyboard Concerto together. I can’t thank Sergey enough for his abundant patience, energy, and positivity, marking fingerings and dynamics, explaining music phrasing using physics terms, offering mental support when I felt bad about my own piano skills, and honestly pointing out my technical shortcomings when playing Bach and Beethoven. I have tremendous respect for Sergey, who is already an accomplished pianist, but still keeps learning and improving pianism by grinding through crazy repertoire in his spare time, Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No. 3 and Liszt Transcendental Etudes to name a few, alongside his demanding teaching obligations. It’s always inspiring watching him perform in recitals or practice in the studio and I witnessed his caring for little kids and taking pride in his students’ musical achievements. Lastly, I just want to thank RMS staff for creating such a welcoming atmosphere, especially for adults, to learn piano from world-class musicians and highly experienced teachers. Playing the piano well was my childhood dream and the past few years with RMS have been a fun journey which I would highly recommend to anyone who loves music and piano.
