Rush Ready Serve is a very competent and efficient company to use. From the beginning Joshua was professional and he answered questions regarding the entire process which was very helpful. He provided spontaneous service attempt updates when he served a civil summons for my wife's case that was a very smooth process ending with positive results. Joshua was outstanding from start to finish he always answered the phone and responded to my emails promptly, even with a five-hour time difference. He truly went above and beyond by going out in 13-degree snowy weather to ensure my documents were served so I could return them to the courthouse on time.
