Sam did an excellent job repairing the broken glass in my apartment window. He was responsive, courteous, and straightforward. He even researched two different repair options for me and discussed what each option involved. Highly recommended.
Fantastic service! My tenant needed a double-paned window replaced. I called a handful of different companies around Brooklyn, trying to get an idea of what was involved and the cost. Sam's was the only one that got back to me. They responded within an hour, gave me a full rundown of what to expect and a rough estimate. They were able to visit the location the next day to inspect the window and were ready to order the replacement and do the repair within days. The cost was great, the communication was stellar, the efficiency and removal of the old window was amazing. My tenant was impressed and happy. I will definitely save this company in my contacts. Couldn't recommend them enough.
I highly recommend Sam's Window Repair. I had several windows that had issues. Sam came and assessed what needed to be done. He was very professional, respectful, straightforward, honest and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and was honest about what could wait if I wanted to. He gave a price which seemed very fair and simply said, "think about it," no pressure, no hype. He even fixed one of the windows that wasn't closing properly! I eventually couldn't hire him because of management issues that had nothing to do with him. He had the job if I could have hired him. He's a man of integrity who knows what he's doing.
