Our company has used Schulman for a number of years now - Phillip Byer has been our account manager and Joyce DeFilippo has assisted and handled our account with him. We have been so very lucky to have both of them. They have both gone above and beyond to find ways to help our staff when there are personal situations for them with their insurance coverage . In addition when our annual review for renewal coverage for our staff come up , Phil always searches tirelessly with such dedication to obtain the best quality and best priced insurance package choices for our staff and administration. He treats finding coverage for our company as if it is his own staff. Both Phil and Joyce are so responsive to our calls and company needs. It is a pleasure working with Phil and his staff. I’ve been meaning to write this for quite awhile as they deserve for others to know how dedicated they are and great at their job !
Jonathan and his team of professionals at Schulman Insurance are simply the best!! Jonathan personally came to meet with myself and our director to discuss our insurance needs and plan renewals. He explained all of our options and made the whole process quick and easy. He even included an HR system which allowed our employees to have open enrollment completed online. Jonathan and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, friendly, and helpful.
