Despite some of the older reviews mentioning poor customer service over the phone, it seems the clinic has made significant improvements. I was assisted by Nara, who was professional, attentive, and made the entire process very smooth. The receptionist, originally from Romania, was also incredibly friendly and welcoming.
My experience was excellent from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others. I will definitely be coming back and will be bringing my wife as well.

Absolutely amazing experience at Skin Center New York. Nelly was incredible from start to finish — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I did the carbon laser treatment and she explained every step thoroughly, making me feel comfortable the entire time. My skin already looked brighter, smoother, and more refreshed after just one session.
She also surprised me with a complimentary collagen mask, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the experience feel extra luxurious. The office was clean, modern, and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about their clients and results.
Highly recommend Nelly if you’re looking to improve your skin and have a top-tier experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Did Botox for the first time and honestly loved it. Betsy is very professional — she explained everything, made me feel comfortable, and the whole process was quick and easy. I was a little nervous, but it didn’t really hurt at all.
The results look very natural, just smoother and more refreshed, not frozen. Super happy I tried it and would definitely go back again.
I had a wonderful experience with Cournelia for my microneedling treatment. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I’ve tried microneedling elsewhere before and didn’t love it, but my experience with her was completely different. My skin looks smoother and brighter, and I’m so happy with the results.
