I’m a long time SKY TING practicer and I tell you what it just continues to enrich and enlighten my life in every way. I really enjoy the style of teaching and each teacher has their own twist and way of making your practice personal and impactful. The new studio is a dream. The spa is just everything. 100/10, no notes. Thank you for being here Sky Ting.
Side note: I had the pleasure of taking Ariana’s class for the first time this past Saturday and omg. It was truly one of the best classes and flows I’d had. We spinal twisted and hip stretched, dug deep into the stagnant and crunchy parts of the body in a complete flow state, accompanied by the best playlist. I’ll certainly be sure to book more of Ariana’s classes when I can!
LOVE YOU TING!
Took their standard yoga class. A bit pricey at $39 plus $3 for mat rental. Studio space is gorgeous so much natural light!!! Also cleanest bathroom ever. There were no lockers which for the price was a bit surprised. However, overall really loved the class itself and would come back
I attended Vice La Sculpt with Richelle on Sky day and loved how vibrant and energizing this class was! I definitely got a sweat on since this 50 min class incorporated blocks and weights throughout the full body flow. Extra bonus points for how airy and tranquil the space is. It’s like stepping into a pocket of calm and zen oasis in the midst of hustle and bustle lower Manhattan
Sky Ting has been a home to me for over a year — a place where my practice deepened and where I completed my 200-hour training surrounded by people who made yoga feel intimate, warm, and real. What I’ve found here is more than a studio: it has been a community where I’ve felt supported, seen, and encouraged to grow. One of my favorite weekly offerings is Kalyn Swihart’s Ballet Beats class on Monday mornings. She offers the most radiant energy and empowerment to the start of my weeks. I’m also especially grateful for the guidance of Christopher Golden, whose teaching and mentorship have shaped my practice in ways I’ll carry with me for a long time.
The friendships I’ve made at Sky Ting feel lasting — the kind that continue to evolve even as the studio itself changes. For me, the heart of this place has always been the people, and I’m grateful for the sense of connection and grounding I’ve found here.
Was able to squeeze in some much needed peace and quiet this afternoon thanks to their infrared sauna and shower. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and well kept. I reserved the private infrared sauna room for an hour and it was a very rejuvenating experience. The toiletries offered are all top shelf and the private room is a nice little quiet getaway from all the craziness outside. Highly recommended.
