Dr. Catherine Stevenson is absolutely wonderful. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable and responsible, but also so gentle and kind with my cat. You can really tell she cares deeply about what she does. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and made sure we understood everything. I’m so grateful to have found such a compassionate vet. Highly recommend!
Amazing experience at Small Door Veterinary.Gramercy. Megan and the entire team were incredibly kind, patient, and caring with my puppy from the moment we walked in. The clinic is super clean, organized. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel really comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals. Highly recommend 🤍
I was very happy about the service provider today, especially since I felt like it was an emergency leaving my house. Nurse Brittany was able to help control the dog really well and was friendly. My dog mocha enjoyed her visit today. She also gave her this cute bandanna for spring time
Highly recommend this Small Door location! My 2 year old French bulldog has a lot of anxiety about the vet and immediately hid under the seat when we arrived, but Dr. Garrett and his nurse, Brittany, were incredibly caring and patient in making sure she felt comfortable. They both sat on the floor with us and completed the exam, vaccines, and bloodwork right in the room, so our girl never had to leave our side. We also removed a tick from her recently but a piece was stuck, and they so effortlessly got it out.
This is my second Frenchie, and after switching vets several times with my first dog, I can confidently say this level of care is very hard to find. My dog received the kind of treatment I’d hope for at my own doctor’s appointments. I highly recommend Small Door overall, and especially Dr. Garrett and Brittany.
I am so grateful that I found this clinic! It’s easy to find, the street had plenty of parking and the lobby was immaculately clean.
The receptionist greeted us at once and confirmed that we were there to see the vet.
I don’t think we waited five minutes before we were brought to a room.
We discussed what tests and shots were needed and discussed some treatments.
Their pricing, plans and suggestions for support were all discussed with the utmost transparency.
I felt from the moment we entered that we had found the best possible doctor for my fur baby, Bella.
