Great location, nice environment. We had to leave since we outgrew the space, but the vibe was there. Lots of entrepreneurs, a very nice place to grow your start-ups.
Great neighborhood, great management, and surrounded by entrepreneurs! The office space sits in the heart of SoHo and includes terrace access, which is a huge bonus during the spring/summer months.
The common area is very well maintained and management is in top of all aspects of the shared office space. I would recommend SoHo Terrace to any small company looking for great vibe to spur their entrepreneurial spirits.
I've been leasing space here for about 6 months and am 100% satisfied with the aesthetics of the entire suite and the professional manner in which is run. The roof garden with amazing views is a huge bonus as well!
My company leased a space at SoHo Terrace for over 2 years and absolutely loved it. The only reason we left was because we out grew the space. The space is immaculate and THE TERRACE is insane. Location was primo... Step out the building and you are in Soho. The management was fantastic and beyond responsive when we needed anything. I would highly recommend the SoHo Terrace for your business.
