Extremely Disappointed – Lack of Professionalism and Competence
I hired this firm for a sensitive surveillance matter, and they failed on two separate occasions due to basic errors. The first investigator compromised their position almost immediately by failing to maintain a discreet distance.
For the follow-up, the second investigator arrived over an hour late due to traffic, missing a critical, pre-planned window of time. For the high fees they charge, I expected a level of expertise and reliability that was nowhere to be found.
Save your money and look elsewhere.
They gave me peace of mind after an awful separation from a domestic violence situation. They explained everything to me, their equipment, what it does, what they look for, suggested how things can be fixed that are potential problem areas. Very professional, very thorough, and quick response time. I highly recommend
Edit 2/28/26: I really should have actually watched the man do his job instead of sitting and having a cigarette in my walker outside. I watched him swing the metal detector around my car doors but not my apartment. He said couldn’t find the neighbors WiFi :/
