Very reliable dry cleaning service with excellent attention to detail. My clothes always come back clean, fresh, and perfectly pressed. The staff is friendly, professional, and handles everything with care, including delicate fabrics. They are punctual with delivery and offer fair pricing. I’m very satisfied and would happily recommend their service.
My husband’s Herno jacket had an unfortunate incident and ended up with a hole. They repaired it flawlessly—you can’t even tell where the damage was! Highly recommend their service for Herno owners.

Unfriendly service, and tried to overcharge me. Told me my 9lb wash & fold bag was 10lb and quoted me $19. I took my business across the street to Cornerstone where they did it with a smile for $17.50. The price difference isn’t a big deal but the staff’s attitude difference is like night and day.
2 stars rather than 1 because the Sullivan guy pointed me across the street to Cornerstone, and that was helpful!
Been using Sullivan for 10 years now - they do a great job (also with tailoring) and they are reliable and honest (they often text as they are cleaning my stuff to clarify or ask questions which is really helpful). YeahHave never had an issue with any of their services or turn around times. Laundry prices are pretty standard for the neighborhood and alteration pricing always feels much more affordable than the place around the block.
