Very efficient installation and cost effective solution for our backyard in Brooklyn. Project management team (Ian) was amazing in answering all our questions and the on site team got it done in a day, very cleanly as well. Would recommend.
Ian and his team did an amazing job with our project. We are a small childcare center and have been trying for years to upgrade our playground for the kids but the expense has been too much. This year, with amazing donations from our community in the form of lumber, 120 tons of stone, volunteer labor, and even a donation of artificial turf from a local school, the dream was closer to reality.
We prepped the area, and laid all the turf in place but to complete the project needed to glue the seams and secure the perimeter. I made a call to Synlawn and spoke with Ian and his amazing installation team showed up within a week. They managed to take our less than perfectly straight turf pieces and get it seamed and ready for use in less than 6 hours. The kids were watching out the windows as their new playground came together and they can't wait to get out there.
Ian and his team were lifesaver and 75 kids now have an amazing area to run and play.

Synlawn, Anastasia and their employees came to our rescue.
Here is a brief synopsis: If you go to Lowes' website, they will tell you they have installation available, but how they do it and how to start the process is not nearly as clear. We purchased some turf hoping that Lowe's would bail us out if we got in over our head. Spoiler alert: We were in over our head.
After some back-and-forth with Lowes, we were put in contact with Synlawn. Anastasia worked with us to get us the artificial turf every two-year-old needs (even if they don't know it). The job they did was top notch.
Today, it is difficult to find a company that is willing to devote time and attention to correcting a problem, particularly when "the problem" was not one they created. Synlawn New York went above and beyond to do just that. I would recommend their services to anyone with small children and enough space to make a playground. Thank you, again!
