No accountability, no care for deadlines, took in 3 different appraisals that shouldn't have even passed QC (one on the wrong lot) and they did nothing and had zero humility. 10/10 would never use again.
Very unsatisfied with this appraisal company. My appraiser did a terrible job determining the ARV even though plans and a detailed scope of work were submitted that included all (high end) finishes. The comps that were used were honestly a joke. All of them were not recently renovated but were used as a future value after putting $150k into the project! Below you can see what my typical finished product looks like and a picture of the "comparable" that was used.
