Facilities are ample and at a great price point for such a desirable location. However, it’s connected to a food hall, so there’s a faint smell of grease throughout the day. Your clothes will smell like fried food when you get home.
The Farm is a great place to head if you need a desk away from home. The space is comfortable, not too crowded and plenty of spaces for calls and meetings. I have attended a large company meeting there, with plenty of space for breakouts and have used it between meetings when in the city. And you can't beat the location. Highly recommend.
This was my first time visiting this coworking space. The desks themselves are functional and have a decent amount of space to work, and the internet connection worked well.
That said, the overall environment wasn’t very inviting. The kitchen and bathroom areas are quite dark and feel a bit unwelcoming. The main workspace also feels more like a large hall where desks are simply placed to fit people in, rather than a thoughtfully designed space.
I also didn’t feel much of a community vibe. It didn’t come across as a place that encourages conversation, collaboration, or connection among members.
The front desk experience didn’t help either. When I arrived and asked a few questions, the receptionist didn’t seem particularly interested in helping. He didn’t even get up to show me the space, despite knowing it was my first time there.
Overall, it works if you just need a basic place to sit and work, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t sign up for a membership.
I really love this place it is so secure, I feel safe leaving my things out, feels like home and its not crowded. I am just doing the hotdesk communal setup and I'm quite sensitive to sound and stimulus but here I'm able to just work and focus for many many hours i bulled 2 all nighters in peace. They have white boards, phone booths, a tree house anddd unlimited coffee tea with fridge storeage of leftovers etc. They are on top of a great asian food court so you don't have to go far for food. And its really clean, I appreciate that.
Hands down, The Farm is NYC’s best co-working space available! The aesthetic is super cool with a rustic interior and tons of interior space. Amazing management team and 24 hour access, too! Pedro, Community Manager, is incredibly attentive and always there to ensure things run smoothly each day. Can’t say enough about the place!
