Alexandra was an absolute gift during those early newborn nights. From the moment she arrived, her presence felt warm, calming, and incredibly supportive. She struck the perfect balance of being attentive without ever being intrusive, and her knowledge and confidence immediately put us at ease.
She cared for both our baby and our family with so much compassion and professionalism. Whether it was soothing the baby, offering helpful guidance, or simply creating a peaceful environment so we could finally rest, Alexandra went above and beyond every night she was with us.

Hired Carolyn as my postpartum doula through the New York Baby and she was great! The interview and the payment process was seamless. Carolyn had the answers to all the questions we had and was extremely helpful with breastfeeding/pumping the first few days we got home from the hospital. She was extremely flexible with the hours for scheduling and was always just a text away if I had questions when she wasn't over. Would highly recommend her!
Gayle was incredible and such a big reason my birth experience was so positive. I felt supported the whole way through and honestly wouldn’t change a thing. Before labor even started, she made sure I had the right people in place — pelvic floor therapy, lactation help, massage — all of which made a real difference in how prepared I felt going in and how smoothly I recovered afterward.
She also showed me practical ways to manage the early contractions at home so I could stay comfortable longer. Just having a plan and knowing what was normal took so much stress out of those early laboring hours.
Once we were at the hospital, she was calm, encouraging, and always one step ahead. She worked really well with my OB and suggested small adjustments that kept things moving and helped baby stay in a great position. She even snapped a few special photos that I’ll always be grateful to have.
She supported my husband, too, helping him feel informed and involved just enough, which made the whole experience even better for both of us.
I’m so grateful I had her on my team. Gayle is truly fantastic at what she does, and I can’t recommend her enough!
Our experience with Stephanie has been truly exceptional.
