Is cleaners on E 57 th nyc did a fine job for me . As very good mans cashmere sweater was cleaned beautifully and bright back to freshness. I needed it fairly quickly and they went out of there way to get it for me. Very satisfied
The staff here are friendly, courteous, and proactive! I brought in my suit for dry cleaning and they noticed the pant leg had a minor stitching issue. They called first to ask if I wanted to pay to have it repaired, and I told them I would like it repaired but that I wanted to check around to see what prices in the area were being new to dry cleaning and tailoring in the area.
I came in to pick the suit up some time later, and the staff were incredibly courteous! I was sent on my way with a smile, and only later realized when I put the suit on for my event that they had sewn the pant leg for me! I am pleasantly surprised by their level of customer care for them to sew it without even mentioning it when I came to pick it up - as if it was just the right thing to do for a customer who didn't know what a good price for that kind of work would be.
I am confident that I am in good hands at Tower Cleaners, and am excited to call myself a regular from here on out! Special thanks to Cohen for going the extra mile in customer service - I feel so cared for!
Do not recommend. They destroyed my shirt and have taken no responsibility and have been completely non-responsive towards a resolution. I’ve gone back 3 times to speak to a manager and they’re never onsite. I’ve tried calling and they don’t return phone calls.

Best laundry service in Queens! The place is fresh and clean. Exactly how a laundromat should look. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Juan was awesome, he handled my order with great care and everything was done next day. It was my first time so he gave me a deal and I island have been more pleased with how my clothes came back. 5/5 for sure ! I’ll be back.
So far working with this dry cleaner has been great! They gave me five $20 coupons to use with no minimum purchase and no expiration date as well as a logo dry cleaner bag and.a lint roller. If you are not using one of these $20 coupons that you get handed after your first order, you can get 20 per cent off any order. Also, they are conveniently located right over the SE entrance of the Q train at 69th and Second. Just gave in my second order and used one of the $20 coupons.
