CROSSPOST FROM RN STAFF (This awful agency owns RN STAFF now).

This agency SUCKS. They will promise you a green card but they stall and lead you on. I have not gotten my green card. I got my green card when my family petition finally came in. They treat you like crap and I stayed with RN Staff for almost 4 years with their PROMISE of a petition. Never came. New owners, made it worse and they need to be trained to do their jobs.

It is now owned by United Staffing. They don’t know what the hell they are doing so I am glad I am OUT of this shady agency. You email them (Shanel, recruiter; Miriam and Lee, payroll) or ANYONE.. they won’t reply UNLESS you take a MORE serious legal action. They only gave me my PTO when I said I have a lawyer against them.

Cherry on top? They will crap on you and evade taxes. If you are not vigilant and take legal action, they will get away. Luckily, I got this issue solved.

SAVE YOU a headache. This company can burn to the ground.

P.S. I wish there were zero stars to give to this ninth circle hell of a company.

United Staffing Solutions. Right from the jump, though, things felt off. They insisted on texting—no call, no greeting, nothing. Just straight-up demands: send your social, nursing license, BLS cert, the works. Sure, paperwork’s normal, but come on—could’ve at least said “hi” first.

Then orientation rolled around. Three days scheduled; first one’s virtual. That trainer? Sweet lady, super respectful, ran us through eight solid hours smooth as butter. Day two, though? Board of Education session—total nightmare.

The instructor with hair locks had zero patience. Talking down to twenty-five licensed RNs like we’re idiots. Dropped lines like, “If you don’t know this, I’ll personally yank you off the school roster.” Lady, we’re professionals—degrees, exams, real jobs behind us—and you’re flexing threats? Huge red flag.

Gut told me to search ‘em up. Spoiler: reviews were trash. So before I locked myself in, I ghosted the onboarding. Picked another agency—no drama, actual warmth. “Good morning!” “Thrilled you’re joining us!” Even talked to a real voice on the phone. Felt like a team, not a transaction. Best call I ever made.

Absolutely awful and very rude staff. It began with their very poor communication and i had to hunt them down to complete my interview process. They almost never follow up unless you ask them to please respond or call the front desk????

They acted like I was annoying them with my VERY valid concerns of never receiving emails for opportunities.

They SWORE up and down it was sent to the whole active list in the morning but I stressed I Absolutely didn't get anything in my inbox or spam. They treated me like an idiot! I asked about it going to the correct email and they just rudely rushed me off the phone? Just nasty and discurteous

My recruiter, Chastity later admits there seems to be a mail delivery issue. Which can only mean to me they made an error in adding my info. Or i was deliberately not sent an email smh.

I had to go through hoops, hurdles and take 2 1/2 weeks to go through all their requirements to become eligible for contracts. They promised contracts were available as soon as the week after I applied.

Now a whole 5 days later and I still have nothing. What a disgrace. Don't waste your time here they'll lie to your face then act cruel.
