I would give them 5 starts except they were late on the day of install and did not call to tell me they would be late. They made booking the appointment and receiving the quote for service very easy. They left the area they worked in clean and were very efficient with the replacement of the window. I would definitely hire them again.

Highly recommend! George and his staff are amazing. He repaired my office glass entrance door in August 2025. When I couldn’t open the door today, he came within 30 minutes. Turned out it wasn’t even his repair—an employee had locked the security door from the outside. George quickly figured it out, unlocked the door, and didn’t charge me anything. Very professional, friendly, and reliable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very impressed with United Windows and Glass. They came through for me twice in one week. First to replace a window part on a Anderson window and second to replace the glass on a Pella Window. After waiting on hold for 30+ minutes with Pella and Anderson, we found they both had extended lead times and inflated prices. United was able to come out within hours and get both done within a day of one another. Communication throughout was impeccable. Quality of craftsmanship was amazing and as good as OEM quality. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for window or glass repair. Thank you!
