Be prepared, emergency veterinary care is expensive, this team makes it worth it. The care attention to detail and compassion was beyond what i could imagine. It is often the toughest day/night your life and the team is calming and thoughtful as well as responsive to any question or call at any hour. We came in w panting and wheezing knowing he has some fluid on his lungs. Maxwell, while didnt want to be there, he recovered because of their attention and oxygen chamber, enough to go home in 10hrs (vs the org 12 suggested) and was much improved. Highly recommend
Efficient, friendly. Overall a great experience for what started as an emergency visit. The doctor and nurses were so calm. It calmed us down and even our very nervous dog seemed to do better than she normally does
They are amazing. Make her feel so welcome to provide blankets and towels and food and IVs that can be moved so she can sit by the window and in the private room we can visit her 24 seven the staff and the doctors are so welcoming and kind and accommodate for any needs, and they make her feel safe and provide private rooms with multiple things that you can use to feed help sleep and pee in.
In an emergency, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing there is a place that is always open where your pet can get the best care when she needs it.
One week ago, I was panicking because my dog had a badly infected gland. At VEG ER she received excellent care and right now she is trying to get me to take her out.
I am immensely grateful and happy with the results!!!
By far, our best emergency vet experience of all! We were greeted by a nurse and brought back immediately to an exam room, and discharged home just one and a half hours later after having x-rays and IV fluids/treatment! 11/10!
