Customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. The technicians are unreliable and, at times, seem clueless often unable to provide clear answers and instead offering excuse after excuse. This has been a frustrating experience and feels no different from dealing with many poorly run companies in New York City. I would not recommend Vertex Security Systems to anyone looking for dependable service.
