I have no idea how, but a window in my home office cracked. I’m new to the area, so I just chose a neighborhood business that I found on Google. I called at 4pm and was able to get a quote over the phone based on a few pics that I texted. The window was repaired and reinstalled the next afternoon. We decided to have a few screens repaired as well, and that was also done very quickly. I was impressed by the quick turnaround time, and John made the whole process very simple. I highly recommend this business.
The owner John was communicative and his tech Jose completed my cracked window sash glass replacement quickly, and I was completely satisfied! Great experience with this company after my unexpected broken upstairs window needed repair.

After finding Window Doctor online and based on the positive reviews I called and used their services to repair/replace my double hung window pane. I agree with all the previous positive reviews. Saved us when we we're in a rush! One window pane broke in our bay window the Window Doctor came the same day, fixed both panels so it was sealed again and my one window has never looked better!
