The crew did a great job with my new pre-finished hardwood floors, they leveled the subfloor and installed my new wood floors. I chose Puma flooring because the Instagram videos showed that they really pay attention to all the details. I'm very happy with the results and I would highly recommend them. They came to measure very quickly and we were able to schedule for the next week which worked well for my schedule. Juan Puma and his team did a fantastic job sanding / refinishing my old oak floors and integrating new wood where there was a little tile section in my studio kitchen. I also asked them to remove my old baseboards and install new ones. The building is from 1900 and my floors were 7/8" thick so I think they are pretty old. Lots of worn areas and water stains disappeared. I chose no stain with a matte polyurethane. You can see how much lighter the new floor is compared to the old darker one and the corner where the new wood was added by the teal wall. I really love the attention that was given to the edges. And they replaced a narrow missing board at the entrance to my bathroom too. First 3 photos are the newly refinished floor. And the rest show the old floor.

Juan & his team are great! They were so professional in handling my floor repair. The company I used before made an absolute mess & damaged my property. Such an opposite experience this time. The equipment didn’t spread dust everywhere but they still vacuumed to make sure nothing was left behind. Juan also did a great job explaining that the boards they were replacing wouldn’t match exactly but honestly it blends in very well. I don’t think anyone would notice unless they’re really looking. Juan was a pleasure to work with. I had a last minute emergency where my beautiful wood floors were burned and I needed them repaired immediately. I called Juan on a Wednesday, described the issue, sent pictures and he gave me an honest explanation of the scope of work and that because the wood was burned, he would need to replace those planks, re-stain and gloss them. He explained that the new wood may look a bit different from the older planks and stressed that so that I could manage my expectations. He emailed me an explanation of services by that evening, I agreed to the document and the very next day he was at my home ready to tackle this project. I loved it. He is professional and a man of his word, which means everything to me. It took him one full day to complete the project and while I can see what he meant by the wood would look a little different from the rest of the uncompromised floors, I am still very happy with the outcome. In addition to that repair, I also got another patch of my floors done in my living room where the wood was extremely worn. He repaired the area and I'm very happy with his work.

I can see that Juan is passionate about his craft and it definitely showed by the results. He is my new go-to for my wood flooring and I would definitely recommend him. The first three photos are before the work was done. The last two are after.
